**DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER**

Worldwide known organisation seeking a Digital Product Manager.

**THE ROLE**:
The Digital Product Manager will have the following responsibilities:

- Using customer insight to create product documentation for internal audiences. These include user stories and specifications for technical teams, or feature-sets and summaries for management teams
- Gaining a deep understanding of digital products and taking steps to maximise the value attained from them
- Collaborating closely with UX Discovery colleagues and key stakeholders to agree, set and monitor digital product KPIs
- Responsible for maintaining a product backlog, collaborating with colleagues to prioritise delivery milestones using Agile methodology
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of new developments or product enhancements, ensuring there is a full understanding of requirements between the UX Discovery, Design and Delivery teams along with other stakeholder departments involved in the product/service
- Regularly observing the competitive and technical landscapes to evaluate opportunities for new digital services or technologies that can be adopted. Attain support from stakeholders and present proposals to senior managemen

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
The ideal Digital Product Manager will have the following skills and experience, the more boxes you tick the better, but all are not necessary.
- At least 3 years' experience in a product or service management role with line management responsibilities ideally
- Ability to decipher business objectives and translate them to product features and then onto technical documentation
- Proven experience of working in Agile project methodology
- Competent at dealing with technical teams with experience of influencing their priorities in order to match yours
- Competent at writing documentation for technical teams
- Strong manager of stakeholders, their expectations and an influencer of their objectives
- An articulate communicator and confident presenter, particularly to senior management
- Demonstrate strong initiative, independent thinking and conviction to make decisions
- Excels at multitasking
