This role supports across the Transactional Banking & Liquidity Solutions (TB&L) Client Solutions Team. You'll be managing the banks corporate digital services, including Local (UK) Online Banking channels and Global Online Banking and Liquidity Solutions.

**The difference you will make.**
- Leading the strategy, definition, development, and implementation of the product roadmap
- Understanding user needs and market opportunities and prioritise these within the product roadmap based on their feasibility and impact
- Working as a Product Owner within a cross-functional agile team taking roadmap enhancements from concept to launch
- Managing the commercialisation of products and services including processes, literature, and communications
- Managing product financials including business case development, income forecasting and budgeting - Exploring opportunities to generate income or realise cost efficiencies
- Managing product and propositions through governance gateways owning action and risk logs, ensuring they are accurate and up to date

**What you will bring.**
- A passion for creating first-class digital solutions with engaging user experiences
- Knowledge and experience with International Digital Banking services such as Multi-currency Accounts, International Banking & FX
- Knowledge and experience with UK domestic and International Payments (Faster Payments, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022 etc.)

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience in Agile software development and/or software design techniques such as UX and User research
- Familiar with technologies such as APIs, Microservices, Databases and cloud technologies
- Experience managing 3rd party relationships **What else you need to know.**

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This role is currently office based/Home based until Coronavirus restrictions are lifted
