Practice Coordinator

Starjumpz is a rapidly expanding dynamic and innovative private children and young people’s centre which offers assessment and treatment of children with a broad range of needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, multi-tasked, customer focused service with a team who are passionate about helping children and their families, and about supporting each other in order to offer the best possible service.
Starjumpz is located in a modern purpose designed and newly refurbished building of 3000 sq feet set in a stunning location with beautiful outside space and views of the countryside. Parking is available onsite.
**Hours**
5 Days per week (to include occasional Saturday’s) - 7.5 hours a day
Flexibility is required and occasional out of hours work to assist with running events.
Holidays - 5.6 weeks including bank holidays
**Job Purpose**
To support the smooth running and effective management of the practice. Assisting the practice manager, CEO and team to provide and further develop an excellent service.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Following up on enquiries
- Booking appointments and organising clinics
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Using practice management system and online diary
- Using electronic records to process data
- Managing calls from a wide variety of teaching and healthcare professionals
- Organising paperwork and resources - Invoicing
- Supporting organisation of presentations and events - Ensuring the centre is presentable

- Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally

- Understanding of the implication of cultural difference for service delivery
**Experience**:
- Experience of working in a busy customer focused environment
- Managing electronic and paper filing system
- Experience of producing reports, forms, marketing material and other documents e.g. tables
- Experience/knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn - Previous experience/knowledge of working with Mailchimp - Experience/knowledge of working to brand guidelines
**Knowledge & Qualifications**:
- Experience of using Microsoft Office & Excel
- Minimum 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English
- Base knowledge of Neurodevelopmental conditions is desirable
