**Job Introduction**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Aftersales team. This position is field Based, West Midlands & Warwickshire.
As a Quality Advisor you will work closely with the Group Quality Manager, managing company adherence to Manufacturer & Company Operating Standards, primarily covering our businesses based in the Midlands.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Establish, implement and maintain processes in line with company and manufacturer standards.
- Responsible for ensuring successful outcomes to Manufacturer audits.
- Carry out internal audits and inspections to establish areas for improvement.
- Analyse data, using root cause analysis techniques to implement SMART action plans to make improvements.
- Communicate and influence on all levels throughout the business to achieve results.
- Create clear reports.
- Liaise with Manufacturer representatives to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
- Attend company and manufacturer training as required.
- Carry out training with staff as required.
- Previous experience managing automotive manufacturer standards or safety standards advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and confidence interacting at all levels
- Solid experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Driving licence essential due to location of dealerships
