We’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join us as Head of Operational Quality, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across our care homes and domiciliary services. Partner with the Managing Director and operational leaders to drive continuous improvement. Support and oversee the performance of CQC Registered Managers. Use clinical metrics and data to identify risks and ensure early intervention. Represent Richmond Villages in clinical governance forums and with external stakeholders. Contribute to strategic initiatives including dementia care and service innovation. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of the UK care sector and CQC regulatory framework. Proven experience in senior leadership roles within quality assurance. Ability to influence at all levels, including with regulators and senior stakeholders. Passion for person-centred care and improving resident outcomes. Experience managing nursing care homes is advantageous. Why Join Us?
