**Description**

Corporate lending Business Analyst responsibilities:

- Engage with service owners and key stakeholders to develop and classify items on the demand board for a specific business service or prospective change Programme for initial prioritization.
- Collaborate with service owners and key stakeholders to document high-level process flow / use case / epic for current-state of initial agreed priorities including challenges, objectives and perceived benefits wihtin corporate lending.
- Utilise a range of elicitation techniques aligned to the standards defined to understand the business process and related dependencies, particularly on Technology, Data, People or Third-Parties.
- Support assessment of scope, interdependencies, and priorities to formalise scope and agree backlog.
- Collaborate with service owners and key stakeholders to document lower-level process flows / detailed use cases and requirements / user stories.
- In the event of a change Programme engage with key SME's to help define future-state and develop solutions to address requirements.
- Align with maturing Business, Data and Technology Architecture capabilities.
- Support transition from current-state to future-state and adoption into Business-As-Usual including Testing.

**Profile**

Corporate lending Business Analyst experience:

- Experience as a Business Analyst within corporate loans/aircraft/shipping projects.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with the reality of what is proportional, appropriate and operationally viable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery and content to the audience
- Core Business Analysis skills having utilised both Agile and Non-Agile approaches.
- Able to develop trust amongst sponsors, stakeholders and peers
- Ability to challenge stakeholders in the right way to clarify fact from perception
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions.
- Familiarity with graphic modelling approaches and tools
- Strong Business Analyst background preferably in Financial Services with the ability to utilize a range of techniques and practices to ensure accurate and effective business engagement and requirements capture.
- Broad experience supporting analysis of Technology, Data, Process and other core dependencies.
- Experience of challenging and being challenged in order to shape the best outcomes.
- Experience of working with or within Service Management, Business Architecture or Transformation functions beneficial.

**Job Offer**

Up to £600 per day inside IR35.
