We are currently seeking a professional to join our Product Development team in the role of: Senior Business Analyst
The role will be assigned to change initiatives dependent on current demand and priorities at the time.
Initiatives will include the on-boarding of new business wins, the building of new business models in conjunction with Product to support internal business or external market driven initiatives, re-structuring of existing client business, re-engineering initiativesdriven by industry changes and internal projects / initiatives. As well as supporting existing Clients change.

In this role, you will:

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying trueneeds.
- Perform business analysis and convert into new requirements for development of the trading platform from the front end trading platform to local custody network
- Act as Agency Lending Product Owner for FIS Global One the role is to ensure current and future functionality is deployed across agency lending and vendor governance
- Provide production support to the following business MSS Trading and Operations for any queries regarding the trading platform (TA/Global One)
- Providing regular updates to wider product and senior management within the securities lending team on system development and design
- Provide business context for wider POD IT Teams for any new related requests
- Leading the integration of external vendor feeds into front office trading platform (Trading apps e.g. Astec, IHS Markit and Datalend)
- Responsibility for full regression testing of trading functionality (new enhancements and FDA) as required for any platform upgrades

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Significant operational experience in financial services, specifically Custody Operations and Securities Lending
- Experience of options analysis of financial services products - ideally Securities Lending
- Demonstrated understanding of Collateral Management including Tri-Party and Bilateral collateral processes
- Knowledge of financial services market regulations - specifically CASS
- Experience of working closely with and challenging business stakeholders
- System Knowledge - Global One (essential),Trading Apps, Custody Systems, Pirum, Equilend, AI4, Data Vendor Fees
