**Enterprise R&P Planning Lead (f/m/n)**:** 1 year assignment** in Mars Food & Multisales, Supply Chain Department Job location: Warsaw or any other European Mars site - *Fully virtual recruitment experience *_ The R&P Planning Lead role is about ownership around Material Requirement Planning (MRP), supporting towards E2E planning processes. This includes support for the MRP systems/ interfaces and processes - technical, strategic and operational aspects as well driving transformation agenda towards MRP planning Create, implement & maintain tools, processes and procedures to support functional requirements aligned with the business needs and improvement agenda; Drive projects implementation and assure all deliverables will be achieved according to defined timing; Collaborate with other planning functions and support/create new process design. **What are we looking for?**: - Educated to a degree level (preferably Master’s degree in Supply Chain management or Industrial Engineering) with a high level of numeracy and analytical capability, with strong communication skills. - Language skills: Fluent in English (written and oral) - Minimum Experience: >4 years of supply chain experience; knowledge on Business Processes in specific area of MRP planning experience for a global or multi-plant consumer packaged goods company - Experience in other functions is preferred (supply planning, demand planning, IE, logistics, AM) - Strong analytical skills and attention to details - Adaptability and speed of reaction to weekly issues - Strong communication skills with excellent knowledge of English (fluent written and oral) - Possess an understanding of the inbound Supply Chain, production process, S&OP and the importance of providing excellent customer service. - Proven track record of delivering results in an environment driven by continuous improvement. - Proven track record in leading without authority - Solid grounding in factory planning systems, demonstrated an in depth understanding of MRP2 systems and clear background of supply chain planning in a JDA & SAP environment. **What will be your key responsibilities?**: - Coordinates with wide community to develop new processes. Standardize and roll-out the best practices and new initiatives. - Deliver improvement of system and processes related to MRP planning - assess current and new capabilities and how to fit them to new desired E2E planning model - Drives the MRP road map for service and stocks and MRP planning metrics Foods’s network to enable delivery of the operating plan and supply chain strategy based on system data. - Central point of communication to all factories on the constrains of any process/tools - MRP planning related. - Effective introduction of new tools/systems/processes (or discontinuations) through collaboration with factories planning teams to ensure successful launch (OTIF) - Ensure that all risks to materials supply (visible or not) are highlighted/discussed and appropriate actions taken in operational plan - Understand details of planning processes and interdependence between Demand/Supply/MRP/Logistics - Be able to understand key MRP planning operational tasks: Pre-MRP, Planning PO’s, preparing forecast data, PO confirmation and re-planning. - Ensure all MRP planning master data is maintained to standard - Undertake Key User responsibilities for SAP planning (team training, team issue resolution, participation or lead for future planning system upgrades) - Establish and maintain expert business and E2E supply chain understanding and use of the MRP planning processes, systems, interfaces and reporting tools (JDA, SAP, etc.) - Understand MRP KPIs and take action to support Local and Central team to deliver customer service with optimal costs and cash - Be the first point of contact for the factory MRP planning team in the development and roll-out for new tools, and pro-actively engage the team in case opportunities or needs are identified. - Recognized as an expert, coach and support the regional MRP Planning teams in case of technical or Supply Chain challenges. - Work with internal Technical team and Vendor on defining desired technical set up for new tools/system capabilities. - Lead continuous improvement projects and problem-solving as it relates to MRP planning activities **What can you expect from Mars?**: - Contract of employment - Attractive financial conditions with Business Bonus and Christmas Bonus - We will also look after your safety and wellbeing by offering you rich benefits package incl. life insurance, medical care and Employee Assistance program - Extra savings scheme to support You in long perspective - Support in career building through personalized development plan - Attractive discounts on our products and access to limited series offers that Your family and friend will love - Possibility to participate in volunteering initiatives during working hours
