We are looking for an Administrator to be part of our Cardiff office You will join a team who are talented, ambitious, and forward thinking. You will play a big part in Sonovate's success story by providing first class administration to our clients, givingus a competitive edge
**Main Purpose and Scope for the Role?**
To provide our customers with a proactive management of bespoke administration requirements. Be at the forefront of ensuring we deliver customer delight through effectively managing weekly, monthly, and retrospective requests. To review current processesand suggest improvements to reduce the current workaround manual procedures to ensure our Credit Control team can kick-start their collections processes at the earliest point in the invoice cycle, through actively collecting requirements and building strongrelationships with our clients and colleagues.
**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately manage a high volume of data checking, data processing and data input
- Administration and coordination of purchase order requirements
- Proactive outbound communication with Clients and Agencies to gather Purchase Orders to increase customer delight and ensure we’re invoicing right first time
- Ensure Purchase Orders are processed in the most cost-effective way
- Organise daily workload to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Support the wider team during holidays and sickness, providing cover as required
- Supporting the payrun by ensuring timesheets and Purchase orders are accurately processed and available on invoices

- Understanding of administration within a financial setting
- Knowledge of CRM and their importance within a business
**Desirable Experience**:
- Experience in an administration setting
- Ideally, a background in the finance or recruitment industry
