We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Customer SerClient Service Manager to join the HSBC Master Trust. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients of the Master Trust, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. You will be part of a growing team helping to build a new proposition and feeding into the developing strategy through feedback and client insights.

In this role, you will:

- Maintain and build client and consultant relationships.
- Be responsible for day to day management of client relationships to ensure high standards of service, feedback is heard and development of proposition as needed.
- Manage client queries and team insights to client needs.
- Complete client proposals and analysis.
- Support wider sales and marketing activities.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Pensions qualifications are advantageous ie Trustee Toolkit, PMI or other
- Experienced pensions professional
- A strong background in DC pension market and regulation is essential with proven sales or client management skills
- Demonstrate a track record of managing consultant relationships
- Highly team orientated, with exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Good PowerPoint and IT skills
- Highly organised and self-motivated
