Seven Social Care is looking for a PA to the Regional Directors of Operations to work in London.

The pay rate is £31,416 to £32,006 per annum.

Like the many people we work with each day, our operational services provision is rich and diverse. The Regional Director of Operations shares responsibility for the oversight and delivery of all frontline services with one other Regional Director. The roleis split across several geographical regions under a number of Area Managers. In this role you will be working closely with senior ops, central services and staff and service users across operations.

**The Role**:

- To provide confirmation of diary arrangements and support in the
- preparation / collating of required meeting papers on a regular basis
- including any background research reading / service briefings
- To arrange all internal / external meetings convened by the RDOs including
- venue booking and set up, papers and other resources, travel, refreshments
- etc
- To ensure RDO’s diary appointments and schedules are managed proactively
- maximising time, efficiencies and impact for the organisation by liaising with
- relevant internal and external key stakeholders
- To support the RDOs with managing their workload and ensuring that key
- actions / correspondence and deadlines are clearly defined with scheduled
- work time to meet deadlines/ priorities
- Liaising with the RDOs with regards to general communications, including
- forwarding to appropriate personnel and handling others when appropriate
- To research and provide information on a variety of matters as requested by
- the RDOs
- To lead short and defined projects as required
- To attend meetings with the RDOs and minute meetings, record attendees
- and highlight actions to be taken as appropriate and as directed by the RDOs
- To support the RDOs to collate operational reports and produce regular
- Directorate and Trustee papers in accordance with the meeting cycles,
- including the AGM
- Assist RDOs with processing and maintaining up to date records of annual
- leave, expense claims and payment card reconciliations for staff that report
- to the RDOs including the RDOs
- To complete or delegate administrative work generated by the post to the
- Admin Assistant
- Previous experience of working within an administrative function
- Experience in supporting a busy team with the ability to work under pressure
- and multi-task under tight deadlines
- Experience of diary management, basic research and booking travel and
- accommodation
- Ability to work directly for more than one Director
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced skills in
- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent knowledge of good administrative practice and office management
- systems
- Excellent communication skills, both oral (including telephone) and written
- with ability to engage diverse service user groups and individuals at all levels
- Comfortable reacting to urgent and unexpected demands and juggling
- priorities accordingly
- Administrator / Secretary/ Project Management Qualification a plus but not
- essential
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address
- them appropriately
