Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of client’s financial records and transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Maintain accurate debtors and creditors
- Data processing and Auto Entry
- Client’s VAT Returns
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with accounting policies

Essential requirements:

- Must be experienced in Sage 50c Accounts, Sage Business Cloud and Xero
- Sage 50c Payroll experience would be desirable
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Polite and confidential
- Articulate attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues

The role is Monday-Friday 9am-4.30pm, once full training is complete then a hybrid model is on offer - 3 days at office and 2 days at home.

Salary is DOE but between £26,000-£33,000

Due to the location of the site you must be able to drive.
