To further grow our business, we require a sales team leader, to provide our new and existing customers with the highest level of customer service. As a team leader you will report into the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a growing team. You’ll have responsibility for monitoring KPI’s ensuring profitability and driving sales. The role is based in our Birmingham City Office.

Key Responsibilities.*
You will have the following skills’ experience and attributes.
*
At least three years’ solid experience in Telesales.
*
Must have excellent communication and motivation skills
*
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*
Must have some team leading experience and be comfortable managing a team of up to eight staff.
*
Take responsibility for teams’ performance, supporting with coaching and mentoring.
*
Provide support with statistical data, daily, weekly, and monthly.
*
Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills and building relationships.
*
Be driven by achieving results.

Starting salary £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience. Uncapped commission and bonuses.
