**Bids Administrator**

**Location: Portsmouth**

**Basic Salary: £27,000 - £29,000**

We are recruiting for a Bid Administrator to join our team. The company has a strong growth plan and as part of that our Bids team will be expanding and developing its service offerings further. This will provide the right individual with an outstandingopportunity to develop and have the chance to play a key role.

**As a Bids Administrator at STR, your role will include**:

- Content and management of bid library
- Seeking and investigating new opportunities and logging bid decisions
- Client portal registrations
- Updating the ticketing system
- Annual capability statement updates
- Assisting with creation of new capability statements
- Responding to annual certification update requests
- Assisting with the creation of Retained Search Proposals
- Updating infographics

You will be providing administrative support to the Bids and Tenders team including the preparation and production of relevant documents along with creation and maintenance of reports to a high standard of quality. You will need to be self-driven, have apositive outlook and great attention to details, be motivated, reliable and determined and able to work alone
