**Apprentice Business Support Administrator**

**The Role**:
This role is to assist and provide administrative services to the Quality, Compliance and Bids team through the use of excellent customer relationship management and attention to detail. It will involve the oversight and facilitation of the University’s two Apprenticeship Service Accounts, assisting with record keeping related to End Point Assessment and quality and compliance standards and supporting the acquisition of new business via bidding and tendering processes.

As a University of Portsmouth apprentice, you will:
- Complete a level 3 in Business Administration
- Be supported by a specialist training provider
- Gain job specific skills and work alongside experienced staff
- Be supported to complete training and course work within agreed deadlines
The role will provide clerical and administrative support to the Quality, Compliance and Bids Team, within the Institute of Professional & Flexible Learning. Currently the Quality, Compliance and Bids Team is a team of 13, the team supports various aspects of department’s work, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the Institute's growth through successful bid management.
**Location**
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract (24 months).
Planned interview date is 31/07/2025
