**What the job entails**
- You will be reporting to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor with the responsibility of organising and supervising the reciept of all goods in to the business.
- Maintaining operating standards ensuring best practices as defined by the company.
- Facilitate the planning of deliveries to ensure available storage and efficient goods in the process flow.
- Supervise the goods inwards process to ensure that all goods are processed accurately within set time frames.
- Daily Task Management.
- You will supervise a team of 8 across multiple warehouses.
- Ensure the accuracy of product put away is upheld and kept in line with SAGE system.
- Hold regular 1:1 performance reviews.
- Uphold team performance and KPI Management.
- Maintain a safe working environment, making sure all Health and Safety concerns are raised and corrective measures are implemented.

**What the company are looking for**:

- Must have 5 years experience in a warehouse supervisory/Management role.
- Must have strong people skills.
- Must have working knowledge of warehouse principles and practices.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- In date FLT Licence is preferred but not essential.
- Must have strong numeracy and computer skills.
- Must have experience with SAGE system.

**Hours and pay**

Monday to Friday 08:30am till 17:00pm

£28,000 per annum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
