West Midlands market leader in manufactory & supply of fast-moving consumer goods is now looking for the Goods-Out Warehouse Supervisor to join their well-established team based in Smethwick.
**Warehouse Supervisor duties will be**:

- Make sure deliveries have been dispatched in a safe, efficient manner
- Managing a team of warehouse operatives and co-ordinating workflow
- Daily task management
- Ensuring all products are put away and kept in line with SAGE system.
- Monitor team performance via KPI management and regular 1:1 performance meetings
- Supervise a medium sized team
- Ensuring all Health & Safety guidelines are kept in place.

**Successful warehouse supervisor will have the following skills**:

- Minimum 5 years in team leader/warehouse supervisory/management role
- Advanced in SAGE system
- Forklift experience
- Knowledge of warehouse principles and practices
- Strong IT skills
