**Job Description**:
West Midlands market leader in manufactory & supply of fast-moving consumer goods is now looking for the Goods-Out Warehouse Supervisor to join their well-established team based in Smethwick.

**Warehouse Supervisor duties will be**:

- Make sure deliveries have been dispatched in a safe, efficient manner- Managing a team of warehouse operatives and co-ordinating workflow- Daily task management- Ensuring all products are put away and kept in line with SAGE system.- Monitor team performance via KPI management and regular 1:1 performance meetings- Supervise a medium sized team- Ensuring all Health & Safety guidelines are kept in place.**Successful warehouse supervisor will have the following skills**:
