Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a PIA Coordinator with a great understanding of fixed and wireless networks to assist with maintaining a direct relationship with Openreach to meet the needs of the business.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours, split between our Willerby office, HU10 6DN and your remote work location.

**Here’s why you’ll love this role**
- Raising and managing to completion blockage issues identified during build using the Blockage Self Provide Orders (SPO’s) process.
- Manage a group mailbox, coordinating and dealing with PIA specific queries and requests from across the business.
- Assisting and supporting the PIA Lead Co-Ordinator.
- Submit and Progress Build Complete Orders for NOI’s
- Raising and managing Network Adjustment Orders.

**Here’s why you’ll be great in this role**
- Previous experience in a PIA Coordinator or a similar role.
- An understanding of the PIA network & OR portal (desirable).
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong administration experience.
- Effective communication skills.
