Working within a **Fold** setting you will be responsible for leading structured care and support for residents, dealing with emergencies and the smooth running of the facility.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Experience in a care / supported living capacity
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident and compassionate communication skills
- Sensitive and supportive to people’s needs
