Essential Criteria:
1. A minimum of 1 years experience in a production environment..
2. Previous experience with operating a counterbalance Forklift Truck.

Key Tasks and Duties:
1. Prepare steel components for spray painting.
2. Ensuring that all components are clean and undamaged prior to the spray painting process.
3. Load paint stillages with all shot blasted components.
4. Collaborate with the paint shop team to prioritise and coordinate prepping tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production schedules.
5. Inspect all parts before the spray painting process to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
6. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that packaging materials, tools, and equipment are properly stored and readily available for use.
7. Use of a forklift truck to load the paint shops with packed stillages.
