**Customer Onboarding Advisor**

**This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a confident telephone manner and fantastic communication and listening skills to join our Outbound Team. As a Customer Onboarding Advisor, you will be responsible for calling new customers, offering guidance on the switching process and answering any questions they may have.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Making outbound calls to new customers (no cold calling) during the onboarding process**:

- ** Validating the customers details and confirming that they are happy with the customer service they have received**:

- ** Ensuring customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner**:

- ** Offering excellent customer service at all times**:

- ** Working closely with the retention team to guide customers through the switching process and consolidate new customers**

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- **Previous customer service experience**:

- ** Excellent telephone manner**:

- ** Computer literate**:

- ** Ability to build rapport with customers**:

- ** Excellent communication and organisational skills**:

- ** Enthusiastic, Self-motivated with an ability to multi task**:

- ** Ability to work in a fast paced environment**
- ** Attention to detail**

**Salary**:£21,500 per year**

**Hours**: 39.5 hours working between 9.30am 6.30pm Monday Friday and Saturdays 9.30am 1.30pm on a rotational basis
