**Job Title**:HR Business Partner
Connells Group’s HR Team has a vision to become the most customer focused HR team in its sector and, part of this plan, we are looking to recruit a newly created opportunity for an **HR Business Partner** to support one of our premium brands, Hamptons.
This role will be mainly work remotely with need to travel Central London and the South and South East.
**Purpose of job**
The **HR Business Partner** will be a key member of the HR team and Hamptons’ leadership team. You will contribute to shaping Hamptons’ People plan and agenda and be responsible for implementing it with the leadership team. You will work very closely with the Directors and senior leadership team, gaining a deep understanding of the business drivers, opportunities and challenges and ensuring that the people agenda is fully aligned to these. You will lead the creation of a culture and environment where the people agenda is recognised as driving business performance and will work collaboratively and pro-actively with the wider HR team and other Business areas to maximise synergies.
**Responsibilities of an HR Business Partner**:
- Act as a 'trusted advisor' to the Business Unit Senior Leadership team, providing valued and effective coaching and guidance in relation to all People challenges and opportunities
- Support the HR Leadership Team in defining, developing and delivering the People Plan for their Business Unit
- Positively engage and work collaboratively with Hamptons’ Senior Leadership team to ensure their People plan is fully aligned to
the business strategy: gaining true business ownership and understanding to enable successful implementation and embedding of the plan
- Change work to include: organisational development, cost optimisation, growth strategy and support for business change priorities
- Working in collaboration with the Senior HR Leadership team to lead on Group projects; management of delivery, ROI, scope and recognising and managing risks and issues, evaluating and reviewing outcomes to inform future projects
- Providing insights following ongoing review of MI including trends and analysis

- A diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in generalist, partnering roles in fast paced, multi-location and complex businesses
- Be a valued member of high performing leadership team within a highly customer centric service or retail industry environment
- Previously have created and implemented People plans, delivering transformational change
- Proven ability to influence, shape and lead significant change, creating truly customer centric environments
- Perceived as a true role model for customer and people centric values
- Acted as 'trusted advisor' to senior leaders, skilfully coaching and guiding others through complex and challenging people situations
