Positive Steps Care and Support Ltd are looking for an experienced support workers in the Truro region with passion and commitment in providing person centred care to join our outstanding organisation to support people with varying complex needs.

We are looking for a passionate support worker to support a young man with complex needs from 22:00 - 10:00.
- **To enable support, responsibilities include**:_
- Assisting and encouraging with the service users personal care routine with required service users.
- Assisting with the administration of medication with required service users.
- **Requirements for this position**:_
- The successful applicant will be an active, enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude who is prepared to make a difference to the people we support.
- Must have health and social care experience. service specific training will be provided.
- We look for confident, outgoing, innovative individuals who can enable and support the people who use our service.
- Tracheostomy experience would be a benefit although fill training will be provided.
