**THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in an Technology Service Manager or similar position.
- Broad technical background in windows and networking.
- Understanding of ITIL framework, problem, incident and change functions.
- Supplier management coordination and selection of 3rd party services.
- Experience in a banking / professional service industry.
- Agile methodologies understanding.

**THE OVERVIEW**:

- Up to £70k p.a depending on experience.
- Fulltime permanent position.
- Hybrid role: 2 - 3 days in office.
- Wimbledon, London based.
- Performance bonus.
- 6% pension contribution.
- Private healthcare.

**THE ROLE**:

- Support the IT Manager in day-to-day running of the IT Operations within the Commercial division.
- Lifecycle management including commissioning new systems, maintenance of existing and sunsetting legacy components.
- Active implementation of DevOps systems management techniques.
- Support the deployment of new business solutions/technologies.
- Support and/or deliver small to medium sized changes in support of general BAU operations.
- Provide leadership support and development to the greater team.
