**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Being the IT Systems Manager, you’ll be based in Wrexham and traveling between our local sites. You will be working autonomously, within our close-knit team. You will be busy being hands-on with day-to-day reactive issues as well as being involved in variousIT projects including administering and improving existing technology and processes such as Capacity Management, Network equipment and Phone systems.

**Other duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Supervising daily operations of network, server infrastructure and manage maintenance schedules
- Assist in IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes
- 2nd and 3rd line support for escalation of tier 1 support issues
- Analyse existing infrastructure and improve administration and monitoring and automation
- Plan, strategise and implement action to meet specific system requirements
- LAN and WAN management and administration
