**Broker Sales Support**

**Group Fleet Harrogate**

**Salary £27,300 (Plus Bonus of £1,000)**

At Lookers Group Fleet Harrogate, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and growing team of eight, with a flexible work from home approach. As a Sales Support Advisor, you will ensure Car Leasing Hub customers are provided with great service and vehicle orders are progressed accurately and in line with company defined procedures.

Here at Lookers Group Fleet Harrogate, you will report to the accomplished Digital Operations Manager Steve Carney, who will give on-going support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing vehicle quotes on the online Fleet dealer management system (the Car Leasing Hub)
- Arranging vehicle deliveries
- Loading offer / quote information on the Car Leasing Hub
- Maintaining internal records and reporting systems
- Managing effective relationships with dealers / Broker partners and delivery agents
- Liaising with funder partners on decisions and appeals

Qualifications:
Previous motor trade experience or experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
