Lothian Labels is a well-established and growing label manufacturing business serving customers across Scotland and the UK. We’re known for our quality, reliability and customer-first approach. We are now looking for an experienced and trustworthy **Part-Time Bookkeeper / Financial Controller** to support our day-to-day financial operations and provide key financial insight as we continue to grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping
- Oversee purchase and sales ledger
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Submit VAT returns and liaise with HMRC
- Coordinate with external payroll provider
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Support the Managing Director and liaise with external accountants

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial control
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and software
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
