**Overview**

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Operations Administrator to join our small, dedicated team at our Livingston production facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing customer orders.
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers.
- Liaising with suppliers, logistics, and couriers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Preparing simple reports and spreadsheets for management.
- General office administration tasks.
- Supporting colleagues across operations, finance, and sales.

**Development Opportunities**:

- Training provided on internal systems and AV/technology industry basics.
- Opportunities to progress into finance, operations, or sales support.
- Exposure to high-end international projects and luxury brands.

Pay: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
