Experienced Bookkeeper

Nisha Enterprises Ltd a successful family owned snack and confectionery manufacturing company are looking to appoint an experienced Bookkeeper for their premises based in Livingston, West Lothian.

**The role / key responsibilities**

Bookkeeping

VAT Returns

Accounts preparation

Payroll Sage HR

Transactional accounting including purchase and sales ledger, processing journals, matching, coding invoices.

Cash reconciliation.

Checking of customs charges from European imports/shipping.

Any other tasks as directed by the Managing Director.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Highly experienced bookkeeper who can complete full accounts to trial balance.

Experience with Xero or Sage 50and Sage HR.

Excellent IT skills including Excel.

Friendly manner, team player.

Confidentiality and integrity.

**Package**

The opportunity to work in an established family run business.

Salary £29500 per annum

Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

28 days holiday inclusive of public holidays

Pension scheme.
