As a Business Analyst, you’ll bring experience of business analysis experience across the full analysis change process including identifying, defining and implementing IT enablers, knowledge of business analysis experience across the full analysis changeprocess including identifying, defining and implementing IT enablers and awareness of business and data analysis tools and techniques. You will have a strong interest in the health and wellbeing business, the ability to learn and adopt different business analysistechniques appropriate as well as excellent IT and business communication.

Our Business Analyst will act as the key business analysis interface for the business community into the IT project team throughout project delivery. The role will work within the project team working with business stakeholders and third-party suppliersto define, validate and implement solutions that deliver the required business capability.

**As our Business Analyst, you will**:

- Select analysis methods and techniques in context of the project stage and complexity.
- Design, develop and document business and system processes.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders and SMEs, making sure SMART and prioritised requirements are gathered.
- Undertake gap analysis (between different technologies or between requirements and solution options) and translate into options to drive business decision.
- Work with project manager to plan and manage analysis work.
- Convey detailed requirements and design to the delivery team.
- Work with testing team throughout project lifecycle to ensure requirements and processes for delivery are understood.
