**Business Services Tutor**
Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership with a fantastic non-profit organisation based within the West Midlands. Rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, the training provider has a great reputation within Education and Training.
The organisation is keen to find like-minded people to join the team. To help make a difference in the lives of those experiencing in-work poverty, by providing new opportunities, and chances to upskill.
Due to a period of growth, the team is now looking to expand with a new team based in the West Midlands and bring on a Business Services Tutor. The role of the tutor will involve delivering short courses within Business Services, from entry level to Level 3.
- £28,000 - £33,000

**Key Duties of the Business Services Tutor**:

- Deliver engaging learning programmes in order to support learners towards their qualification across Business Admin, Customer Services, Team Leading and Digital Skills; from entry level up to L3.
- Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners’ individual needs.
- Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
- Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
- Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidence
**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required for the Business Services Tutor**:

- Assessor’s Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
- Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to learners.
- Ability to demonstrate up to date vocational competence, alongside sector knowledge.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with access to own vehicle and a flexibility to travel within the West Midlands.
