Provide high-quality tuition and support for pupils, including those with SEND. Create a positive, inclusive virtual classroom that encourages participation and confidence. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate success. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school staff where necessary. Essential Skills & Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable, or proven experience as a tutor or educator. Strong understanding of SEND strategies and differentiated teaching approaches. Confident using digital tools and online learning platforms. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping every learner succeed.
