We are a small ProductionTeam who work closely with a sister production company to make sure that we keep high standards of quality chemical waste treatment and bulk fertiliser production. We deal in large quantities of hazardous liquid in bulk tanks and IBCs & our work is dependent on accuracy, completion of paperwork and drills for safety. We work for a number of clients ranging from large blue chip brands down to SME's. We are a small team who help each other out and are proud to work with a team, including a highly professional Maintenance Engineer and ADR trainer Tanker Drivers.

Our Northwich Facility is operating between 08:00 to 18:00hrs on Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. This position, if parti-time hours suit, is for 6 hours daily (on 4 days) from 10 - 4. The work will be to the reactors running efficiently for these hours, with support of the Production Manager. It will not include start-up of the reactors and will include varied daily tasks from checklists.

Roles & Responsibilities
- To manage and maintain a programme of checking & auditing all incoming load documentation and spreadsheet entries.
- To maintain a system for the accurate management for Fuel Card accounts
- Liaise closely with the Managing Director, to ensure systems are being maintained to optimise the efficient running of the business
- To print and manage incoming and outgoing load documentation, with a high degree of accuracy, in order to comply with relevant legislation and the correct charging of all loads transported
- Continually work towards ISO accreditation
- Maintain system of full adoption of and standardisation of checklists, to support Operations Management in ensuring Compliance
- Manage a Quality System to receipt all purchases, scan and update paperwork to Purchase Order system to ensure compliance in purchasing to ISO accreditation standards
- Develop knowledge to Monitor aspects of TACHO compliance, including driver’s hours, tachographs, driver route lists, timesheets, fuel receipts and PPE
- Maintain and oversee the Quality system to check records ensuring all tractor units, tanker units and trailers are maintained to legal standards and that this can be demonstrated at all times.
- Check the maintenance & accuracy of iCal
