Working as part of the Customer Relationship team, the ideal team member will possess excellent initiative and problem-solving skills. You'll be a strong communicator and have the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, suppliersand other internal stakeholders.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Proposal and Pay Out Processing**:
Manage a number of clients/projects during in-life, ensuring that required customer information is collated, covenant testing is undertaken and annual reviews provided to credit as necessary.

Work closely with customers, sales and intermediaries to ensure a smooth onboarding and agreement set-up processes

Ensure all relevant internal checks and reviews are completed accurately and in line with company procedures

Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, intermediaries and customers

Customer Service:?

Ensure all company systems are kept updated with relevant customer information and to agreed data quality standards

Address customer complaints in accordance with policy

Accurately process customer settlement figure requests from the Sales/Broker Team

**Risk & Compliance**:
?Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.?

You're able to work independently as well as part of a team

You'll have a proactive mindset and strong initiative

You are highly numerate with analytical ability

**IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU**:
Have an interest in the renewable energy sector and energy generation in general.

Are good with Microsoft products

Have previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services industry and in similar operational or customer facing roles
