**Duties - Internal Sales and Account Manager**:
Answering incoming calls, dealing with requests and enquiries, resolving any issues

Up selling and cross selling, maximising potential and developing accounts

Proactively contacting customers to highlighting new products and deals

Developing true business relationships with all contacts

Ensure that accurate records are maintained

**Requirements - Internal Sales Account Manager**:
Experience of delivering excellent customer services and achieving sales targets

Process orientated understanding customer requirements and deadlines

IT literate, able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

Enthusiasm, drive and a can-do attitude

**Internal Sales and Account Manager - over view**:
**As well as a salary c.£25k benefits include**:
**Hours**: Mon-Fri; 7.30am till 5.00pm; ½ hr for lunch, 15 mins morning & afternoon breaks away from your desk

**Bonus**: Based on hitting company targets, Internal Sales team targets £ sales & % margin on a monthly / annual basis as well as hitting personal sales target £ sales and % margin

**Holidays**: 28 days per year (20+8)

**Pension**: 5% employee contribution + 3% employer contribution
