TECHNICAL SALES & ESTIMATOR

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales & Estimator to joining a dynamic and growing company.

You will be a key part of the overall sales and marketing function, you will be responsible for processing quotations and tenders, key account management, internal sales and customer service. You will work closely with the business development team and marketingteam in order to work to key sales KPI’s and ensure high levels of customer service.

The role is varied and will best suit someone who has previous experience in a sales and estimating role and with strong communication and sales skills ideally with experience selling a technical product.

Responsibilities include:

- Analyse customer enquiries ensuring prompt and accurate quote generation, regularly liaising with the customer and relaying information across planning, sales and purchasing
- Submitting tenders
- Customer account management
- Creation of accurate Jobcards
- Customer liaison and communication, pre & post sales
- Technical support to all areas of the business
- Liaison with purchasing including costs analysis
- Identify & log new orders on production plan
- Adhere to and meet all project deadlines and work to sales KPI’s

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales role/key account management
- Previous experience producing quotations
- Good level of GCSE/A Level education (or Equivalent)

- Previous experience producing tender documentation
