**Location**: Shrewsbury - SY2 6FG
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
**Please note - we are unable to offer remote/hybrid working or sponsorship for this position**
**Job Purpose**
At Radius, we are growing our Client Support team within our Telecoms division. You will be responsible for resolving any issues and queries at the earliest opportunity, building strong relationships with our Radius Connect customers while reporting key operational metrics to the senior management team
**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Gathering information on customer issues and identifying & resolving common faults first time
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Using a ticket system to log, diagnose and feedback issues
- Imputing information into internal CRM system, working on multiple external partner portals
- Reporting key operational metrics to the senior management team

**What do we expect of you?**
- Customer Support / Service experience in a contact centre environment is preferred
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at any one time
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent attention to detail/administration skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
