**Job Title**:Assessments Coordinator Administrator (Part time. Temporary)

**Overview**

To contribute on aspects of NCC Education’s academic quality and assessment performance analysis activities to ensure regulated awarding organisation status in England is maintained and to ensure all regulatory issues outside the UK are complied with.

**Job Purpose**

To support the operational and administration process within the Product Development

Team to ensure timely completion with no errors in assessment setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

Product Development:

- Support and maintain the process of development and revision of qualification products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all qualifications and associated assessments, including specifications, assessment materials, and guidance documents.
- Maintain the tracking and monitoring of all qualifications during each assessment cycle.

Assessment Coordination:

- Support the Product and Assessments Coordinator to oversee the scheduling, development, and quality assurance of assessment materials, including question papers, mark schemes, and examiner reports.
- Coordinate with the assessment team to ensure timely and secure distribution of assessment materials to centres.
- Support the process for setting, examinations and assessments, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.

- Experience of reviewing regulatory quality assurance policies and procedures

£12.50 per hour 16 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
