We are looking to hire a Senior Commercial Manager; responsible for building out the capability to help deliver domestic decarbonisation schemes on behalf of the government. Our client is acting as a delivery agent; and your role will support the supplierin the management and governance of high profile social housing decarbonisation projects.

You will shape the delivery strategy, supporting the delivery partner through the different phases of the lifecycle, ensuring governance, financial, reporting and assurance procedures are followed in a collaborative manner. You will be responsible for collaborativelysupporting project-related and corporate functions, including delivery partners and stakeholders.

Key Performance Objectives;
- Work in partnership to support suppliers, delivery partners and stakeholders on behalf of a high profile project.
- Create proper project controls, managing governance within a changeable environment.
- With a focus on continuous improvement, setting up processes to monitor SLAs, track KPIs and demonstrate best practices to support the success of the delivery partner and the housing project.

We are looking to speak to people who;
- utilise IT/AI in the management of contracts to support the sharing of communication with suppliers
- have an understanding of the FCA; Grade 6: Government Finance Function (preferred)
- Commercial construction understanding; NEC/JCT contracts (would be an advantage)
- are analytical, confident, and collaborative - with a commercial mindset supporting the programme of governance
- managed challenging stakeholders both internally and externally
