Playlearn is a successful and growing wholesale and retail business that specializes in Sensory products for adults and children with additional needs. Due to the company's expansion, we are seeking Operations / Commercial Manager who can manage all facetsof the operation.

We are offering an annual salary of £40,000-£45,000, with the possibility of earning up to £80,000 if you have commercial skills.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Operations / Commercial Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Managing day to day operations.
- Reviewing and developing operational processes to improve performance and maximize growth.
- Warehousing and distribution, optimizing receipt and dispatch operations for maximum efficiency.
- Managing and developing cross-functional teams.
- Planning, quality control and product development, with most products being sourced overseas.
- Bringing in new business from existing and new clients.
- Establishing sales targets and ensuring that a company meets these.
- Assisting with product development and planning.
