As a Talent Partner, you'll take the lead in the client journey, from prospecting and nurturing relationships to providing world-class customer service. You'll be instrumental in converting opportunities and expanding partnerships, working closely with new and existing clients to build trust, develop relationships, and ensure they see us as their go-to talent consultancy partner. You'll be their trusted advisor, guiding them through the recruitment process and delivering exceptional results.

If you come from a 360 or 180 recruitment background, you'll feel right at home. You'll leverage your commercial acumen, drive, and self-motivation to succeed in this role. Recruitment can be a rollercoaster, but with your tenacity, a well-defined plan, and positive energy, you'll turbo-charge your career. Great communication, marketing, and listening (selling) skills are essential, as they will help you stand out and thrive.

Practically speaking, here's what you'll be doing:

- Understand our proposition, the market, and client needs to find companies where we can add value.
- Foster and develop new business relationships within the IoT and Video industry.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the wider team.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
- Proactively promote our solutions and services, showcasing your expertise in phone calls and meetings.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

- Demonstrable experience in searching, identifying, and engaging with clients, preferably in a similar sector.
- A track record in new business development and a relentless drive to generate leads and pitch to new businesses.
- The ability to understand people, sell opportunities, and handle objections with ease.
- IT literacy, particularly with MS Office Suite, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- A keen interest in smart technology, which will greatly benefit you in this role.
- Exceptional organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a process-driven nature.
- Comfort working autonomously with a high level of self-accountability.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
