The People Operations Coordinator assists with the people operations function which includes benefit management, onboarding and right to work processes, policy and help guide administration, appreciation management, leave support, HRIS upkeep and reporting, and championing MAPP’s culture and values. The Coordinator role will primarily support the People Operations function, assisting with the people inbox and supporting requests that are directed to the People Team.Under the authority of the Head of People Operations and the People Operations Team, the People Operations Coordinator is required to work across the People team to enable the operational work to function across the entire business.Skills (People & Technical)Support the People Operations elements in the employee lifecycle, including legal and legislative processes.Support people systems and process including HRIS, Performance, Engagement SystemsAssist with the People Team processes and policiesSupport MAPP benefits administration and management including onboarding of new joinersTo internally promote the work of the People Function and provide support to the people operations team including supporting with inboxes managementTo assist with monthly reporting schedulesValues & Behaviour**Exhibition of MAPP Values**
