We are looking for Mental Health Support Workers to support a young female in her own home in the Bicton Heath area.

Typical shifts would be 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, 10pm
- 8am.

We are offering part time 20 hour contracts. This role includes weekend work. Sleep in shift are available but not required.

Previous Training/Experience with Prader-Willi Syndrome is beneficial but not essential and we welcome people with no previous experience as full training is given.

Pay: £12.00 Per Hour and £88.00 Per Sleep.

**Responsibilities would include**:

- Activity support
- Managing medication
- Building positive relationships
- Support with appointments
- Support with household tasks
- Support with cooking and shopping

**Applicants should have these desirable qualities**:

- A positive approach to others
- Good communication skills
- A friendly and approachable nature
- Good written skills
- Previous Training/Experience with Prader-Willi Syndrome beneficial but not essential
- Experience supporting others preferred but not essential
- Be willing to learn
- Car drivers would be welcomed but are not essential.
