Pro Locums 24 is currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic support workers, on behalf of our clients based in and around the Shrewsbury area, both permanent and agency work is available depending on your availability. We have positions and work available within adult supported living settings and children's homes, day and night positions are available, some day positions require people to do sleep-ins. **£10.16ph, 37.5 /30 /22.5 or 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract (£76.20 - £137.16 per day)**

**£11ph - 15ph, Zero hr contract, agency contract (£82.50 - £225 per day)**

If you have a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities or mental health and want to work full time or part time on a permanent contract or if you want the flexibility to choose when you work.

Duties can vary depending on the setting but can include; assisting and planning support requirements, monitoring residents mental health, administering medications and promoting and maintaining an environment conducive to meeting the needs of the residents, providing emotional support, supporting in everyday activities and helping with domestic duties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months ideally 2 years recent work experience as a support worker
- Your own car preferably
- Current DBS on the online update service (this will speed up the process)
- Up to date mandatory training certificates (this will speed up the process)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.16-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
