As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our reception, registration and cashiering areas.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
- Working Pattern: Monday - Friday shift times between 7:30am
- 8pm & Rotating Saturdays.

Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients as well as provide administration support to our medical departments.
- To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff and visitors of the clinic.
- To maintain the high standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.
- To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to our patients.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a similar private hospital or a 4*/5* hotel / corporate front of house.
- Experience working in medical receptions or as a Medical Secretary would be advantageous.
- Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Good inter-personal, telecommunication & PC/Computer skills.
