Customer Service Representative

**Temporary Customer Service Representative immediately required to join a fun, vibrant company out of their Stockport offices. The role will be very telephone based and will involve dealing with customers who have repairs or maintenance issues andengineers to schedule their workloads. The role would suit someone who has previous telephone-based customer service experience. This is a fast-paced role and will require someone who has good organisational skills and is able to work accurately. The positionis to support a busy period in the office and will last for a minimum of 4 weeks.**
**About The Role**:
- Handling calls from clients/customers who have a repair or maintenance issue
- Managing the workload of a network of engineers
- Using an online database to schedule workloads
- Liaising and co-coordinating with the engineers and communicating with the clients to ensure all the work is carried out
- Managing communications from the system notification
- Inputting all the information on to the system
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- Previous telephone-based customer service experience is needed
- Keen to work a large part of the day on the phones
- High volume and fast paced work environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be resilient
- Fun and bubbly personality
**About The Benefits**:
- Working hours: Mon - Fri between 9am - 5pm
- Hourly rate of £9.50ph
