**The Role**
Reporting to the Fulfilment and Customer Service Director, the Customer Service Representative has the primary responsibility of providing exceptional customer service to our clients. They will provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues whilst building long-term relationships with our customers, through a variety of communication channels.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and difficulties with empathy, patience, and professionalism, and ensure they are handled within the company's guidelines and policies.
- Effectively communicate with other teams across the business where necessary, ensuring that any customer concerns are shared and dealt with accordingly.
- Work with the internal teams to ensure that customers receive the correct product or service they have purchased.
- Monitor customer orders and delivery times to ensure that customers receive their requested products and services on time.
- Stay up to date with information about the products and services offered by Naturecan to effectively provide customer support.
- Provide reporting and visibility to the wider business on activities related to Customer Service.
**Skills**
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- A proactive and self-reliant approach to problem-solving with an ability to identify and escalate matters that require further investigation.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including a keen attention to detail.
- Background in Ecommerce
- ‘Can do' attitude and ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
- Multi-lingual desired but not essential

Due to our exponential growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and become the primary point of contact between the business and end consumer.
