**About Us**:
DailyPay, Inc. is transforming the way people get paid. As the industry's leading on-demand pay solution, DailyPay uses an award-winning technology platform to help America's top employers build stronger relationships with their employees. This voluntary employee benefit enables workers everywhere to feel more motivated to work harder and stay longer on the job, while supporting their financial well-being outside of the workplace.

**The Role**:
As a Professional Services Associate, you will lead the charge for a new and exciting team at DailyPay, focusing largely on quality assurance for implementations and changes for steady state clients (with the opportunity to grow your technical skills). In this role, you will review client set ups, data and alerting, and data exchange failures to make data driven decisions on when to escalate concerns. We are seeking an analytical and collaborative person who has a great eye for detail. You will work crossfunctionally with Implementation Managers, Technical Engagement Analysts, Implementations Control Analysts, and more, all working to make sure that launches and changes go smoothly as possible for the ideal client and employee experience, focusing primarily on operational loss prevention and reduction. You will also become increasingly familiar with technical integrations and actions, so this is a great role for someone eager to learn and grow their career

**How You Will Make an Impact**:

- Closely monitor and escalate errors for new client launches and existing clients' changes
- Develop expertise in our product, configuration, and backend processes
- Assist in identifying process gaps, potential for automation, and improvements to existing data queries
- Support existing client integration changes involving location and pay code additions
- Support data collection and organization for client reviews
- Leverage data analytics and QA insights to examine individual client issues and systemic problems
- Action technical items as needed with the assistance of cross functional team members

**What You Bring to The Team**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in an operational, technical, or real-time monitoring environment
- Strong analytical ability to review data and set ups to identify and escalate issues
- Excellent project management skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive compensation
- Opportunity for equity ownership
- Private health insurance option
- Employee Resource Groups
- Fun company outings and events
- Generous PTO Allowance
- 5% Pension contribution

DailyPay does not accept and will not review unsolicited resumes from search firms.

DailyPay is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable culture of belonging, grounded in empathy and respect, which values openness to opinions, awareness of lived experiences, fair treatment and access for all.
