Would you like to be an ambassador for the worlds leading watch and jewellery brands? Do you like to provide the best customer service? At Lunn's we often get to share in our customer's special events and we like to ensure we can make it the best experience we can.
As a Sales Professional with Lunns, your role will report to the Management team.
To make sure you can provide the expected level of service we deliver a world class programme of in house and external training provided by our brand partners such as Rolex, OMEGA and Breitling, as well the National Association of Jewellers, This will ensure our store teams are truly product experts.
About you
- Customer focused with outstanding communication skills
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Experience within luxury retail or hospitality is essential
- Preferably will have prior sales experience of watches and/or jewellery
- Commercially astute with a broad understanding of the luxury / premium retail
environment
- Potential for career growth and development within Lunns
About us
Lunns is one of the leading Jewellers in the UK & Ireland. A family business in its seventh decade, it is now run by the third generation of the family. Over the years we have developed relationships with the finest watch and jewellery houses in the world. Amongst other brands, Lunns represent Patek Philippe, Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, David Yurman, Mikimoto, OMEGA, Tudor & Tag Heuer.
Alongside our three Lunns Showrooms, the business has extended by a further 6 standalone Monobrand Stores including Rolex, OMEGA, Breitling, Gucci, Montblanc & Tag Heuer.
Lunns has become synonymous with luxury craftsmanship and excellent service. This could not be delivered without our excellent team. As we expand our business, we are seeking likeminded individuals to join us.

Hours of Work
Currently our hours of work usually rotate around a rolling day off I.e. Week 1 - Mon Week 2- Tues Week 3- Wednesday etc. Therefore this will include the majority of Saturdays. Currently we do not operate in Queens Arcade on a Sunday.
